ARRIVE EARLY FOR FIRST CLASS
To properly help you set up and have the best experience for your first class, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get you acquainted with our facility and gear up for class.
REGISTER FOR CLASS
Registration for class ahead of time is highly encouraged. You can do that by going to our Class Schedule page and click on the "Sign Up Now" button next to the class you want to attend. Our classes do get full, and if you don't register ahead of time, there is no guarantee that a Boxing Bag would be available when you show up. Please note that early morning classes has to be registered 12 hours before class start time.
BE ON TIME
We all know how important it is to properly warm up before any sports, and kickboxing is no different. It is very important to not miss the warm up portion at the beginning of the class before the intense kickboxing rounds in order to minimize potential injuries. Try to be on time for class. If you are late, you will owe the Instructor 10 burpees for every minute late. Anyone who is more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into the class.
If there is a change in your schedule and you can't make it to class, please cancel your registration as a courtesy to other members who may be on wait list. You can cancel up to 1 hour before regular class start time, and 12 hours before early morning "Pre-Registration Required" class start time. Failure to cancel will lead to forfeiting that session for Punch Card holders.
Membership SUSPENSION AND Cancellation
We are sorry to see you go. If it is a temporary break you need, we can suspend your membership a month at a time up to 2 months each year. A suspended membership will protect you from any price increase. After suspension period is over, your membership charges will resume.
For both suspension and cancellation, a 30 days notice by email before your billing date is required. Any billing scheduled within 30 days of notice will be processed.
Minimum age requirement for kickboxing class is 15. Anyone younger than 18 will need to have a parent or guardian present at the first class to sign his/her Liability Waiver.
